How we handle the call-out
On the phone we record exactly what is happening: door type, whether a key is left on the inside, whether it is a security door. That way we arrive with the right tools. On site we explain what we are going to do before starting and, if the lock is damaged or no longer secure, we can replace it immediately with parts carried in the van.
